Build After Baby Series

To keep the experience personalized and hands-on, Build After Baby is intentionally limited to a small group.

Classes designed SPECIFICALLY for NEW moms (6wks - 6months)

These sessions will blend education and exercise, tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of your body during the early postpartum phase. As a licensed physical therapist in addition to a personal trainer, I will bring specialized expertise in adapting exercises and techniques to suit each individual, ensuring a safe and effective experience that supports your postpartum recovery.

  • Series Highlights:

    • Understanding your core and pelvic floor

    • Reconnecting with your body postpartum

    • Coordinating breath with movement for optimal core and pelvic floor engagement

    • Learning proper posture and alignment

    • Safely reintroducing exercise to your routine

    • Developing effective habits and techniques for the physical demands of motherhood

    • Step-by-step guidance to take the guesswork out of recovery

    • Connect with other moms in a similar stage of life

    Program Details:

    • Duration: 6 Weeks (12 Sessions Total)

    • Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays at 10:20 AM (summer Session will begin at 10:35)

    • Session Length: Two 40 -minute sessions per week

    • For women 6wks - 6 months postpartum

    • Babies are welcome to join!

    • $329 for 6 week session

      Have to miss a class?
      I know schedules can change! If you miss one class during your Build After Baby session, you’ll receive a credit to use for a Mom Strong class after the session ends. If you miss more than one class, that’s completely okay—however, only one class credit is offered per session.

Need support sooner?

You don't have to wait for the next group to get started. One-on-one sessions are available for those looking for individualized guidance with:

  • Reconnect with your core

  • Address diastasis recti and pressure management

  • Build a safe return-to-exercise plan

  • Work through postpartum aches and pains

  • Feel more confident in your body
