The studio will be closed on Monday, May 26 for Memorial Day. This will affect one class in the Build After Baby series. Make-up options will be available — we’ll chat about the details in class!
These sessions will blend education and exercise, tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of your body. As a licensed physical therapist in addition to a personal trainer, I bring specialized expertise in adapting exercises and techniques to suit each individual, ensuring a safe and effective experience that supports your postpartum recovery.
Program Details:
Duration: 6 Weeks (12 Sessions Total)
Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays at 10:20 AM
Session Length: Two 40-minute sessions per week
For women 6wks - 6 months postpartum
Babies are welcome to join!
$270 for 6 week session
