These sessions will blend education and exercise, tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of your body. As a licensed physical therapist in addition to a personal trainer, I bring specialized expertise in adapting exercises and techniques to suit each individual, ensuring a safe and effective experience that supports your postpartum recovery.

Program Details:

  • Duration: 6 Weeks (12 Sessions Total)

  • Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays at 10:20 AM (10:35 am during summer session)

  • Session Length: Two 40-minute sessions per week

  • For women 6wks - 6 months postpartum

  • Babies are welcome to join!

  • $270 for 6 week session
