2025 OUTDOOR SUMMER CLASS SERIES

So excited to kick off another year of our outdoor series!!!

Grab your mom friends and join Evolution Mom for a fun outdoor workout!

  • ✨ 45-minute classes designed just for women
    🧘‍♀️ Bodyweight + resistance band workouts
    💫 Modifications + progressions for every fitness level

Step Into Summer Challenge

June 30 – August 17, 2025

  • Join us for 7 weeks of step tracking, motivation, and prizes — designed for every stage of motherhood (yes, even if you’re newly postpartum or 39 weeks pregnant)

    📋 What’s Included:

    • 7-week step tracking challenge (June 30–Aug 17)

    • Weekly check-in form to log your steps

    • Motivation + tips sent straight to your inbox

    • Two ways to win prizes! (Plus maybe a few bonuses along the way!)

    • Option to track alternative movement (great for those in late pregnancy or early postpartum)

    🏆 How You Can Win:

    1. Most Steps Logged: The participant with the highest total steps wins!

    2. Consistency & Creativity Award: For those who stay consistent with movement in any form — walking, core/pelvic floor, short daily movement, or stroller walks.

    • Must log movement for at least 5 of the 7 weeks to qualify.'

      💲 Cost to Join:

    • $10 per person- You may track steps with your own device or

    • add a basic pedometer for an extra $4- provided by Evolution Mom

      🎁 Prizes:

      • Local Winner: $25 gift card (choices available) + 2 free Evolution Mom classes

      • Virtual Winner: $50 gift card (choices available)

      • Bonus prizes along the way!
