Whats Included
Here’s what you get over 6 weeks:
A full initial individual postpartum running readiness assessment (30 min, in person)
6 small-group virtual classes (40 min each - once a week) focused on education, strength + impact drills
These classes will be held on Tuesdays at 11:30am (see FAQ if this timing doesnt work for you!)
6 individualized 1:1 check-ins (30 min each, virtual or in person)
Access to a private WhatsApp community for daily accountability, motivation + quick answers
This isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” run club. By capping enrollment at just 5 moms, I can keep the program highly individualized with 1:1 check-ins, tailored drills, and support that actually fits your body and goals.
Prerequisites
To get the most out of this program, you should have one of the following:
Completed Build After Baby (or similar postpartum strength program)
Been strength training consistently for at least 4-6 weeks
OR be willing to add 2–3 days of consistent strength training alongside the program
