Move with Mom is a high-energy, family-friendly event designed for moms and their school-aged kids to move, play, and laugh together…

• Join us for our “Move with Mom” event, a fun-filled workout class for Moms & Kids! (geared toward kids aged 5–10 years)

  Here’s what to expect - :
  ✨ A 35- 40 minute workout with fun options for all ages (think gym class & partner style!)
  ✨ 15-20 minutes of free play/mom hang out & small bites after class!

   ✨ A special goodie bag for each mom/child pair!
