Our July 12 Class will be a fundraising collaboration with Postpartum Wellness of Hunterdon County — a portion of your registration will go directly to supporting local maternal mental health support!
Join us for a fun outdoor fitness class open to all women in our community!
This class will be appropriate for all levels with modifications and progressions available throughout class!
This class will be approx 45-50 min
Please bring a water bottle.
I will provide yoga mats but if you have your own please feel free to bring it to ensure everyone gets a mat!
