Mom Strong "Starter Package" - 6 Classes
Mom Strong “Starter Pack” Class | 6-Weeks Long | 6 Classes
Group Strength & mobility classes appropriate for women in ALL stages of motherhood offered in six-week sessions - see schedule for more details.
Classes will be 50 minutes in length - including warm up, workout, cool down/breathing
Classes will be offered 4 days a week
My goal is to make exercise manageable for women – therefore, you do not need to stick to a given weekly schedule– please feel free to come to any class that fits into your life routine!
Additionally, if you need to bring a child/two with you, you are welcome to do so during any class (however you are responsible for them while they are present.)
